It is written in this article is not only a summary of the lecture, but also other opinions and viewpoints.
Last week I attended a lecture on mindfulness, thanks to an invitation dinevibber.no. Lecture carrier named Michael de Vibe and could tell that he had been doing personal development since he was 17 years old. During the lecture, he talked a lot about being attentive and present in everyday life.
There were many who had come to hear what Michael de Vibe had to tell. It was a very interesting presentation and content was very plain presented. Something that pleased me a lot because topics like this tend to be presented in a little too advanced related to the common herd, which means that the majority may feel that this "is not something for me."
The essence of the speech dealt with much of the gains is achieved by being present in the moment. The less thoughts about past and future, the more you are present here and now. When you live in the moment, one is in balance and it is not tilted to one side or the other side of unnecessary ballast such worries and negative thinking times.
To live in the moment is not difficult, you can do it anytime with the help of such a focus on breathing. There are many techniques on the Internet if you are looking for, but I can share a simple exercise: Inhale with your nose and let the air you breathe walking down into the stomach. Know how your stomach goes out. Notice the small gap between the exhalation and before then exhale with the mouth.
This is called conscious breathing, and you can implement about 30 conscious breathing in everyday life. On the bus, at work, at any time. One can also sit like this in meditation. Michael de vibe used to meditate about 25 minutes a day, and that he was doing other exercises to make sure to keep the focus on the moment.
When one is aware of the moment, your relationship with others will be better. Have you ever talked with others who definitely are not present? All you get in response is either "yes", no ", or" mhm. "
Many books, screenplays, photographs, poems and other creative work takes its origin from nået. Ever heard of the flow? When you think not, but just do. Just as the text comes by itself, or as if the brush on the canvas knows just how to move. This flower can easily be interrupted by thoughts about the past or the future, so keeping focus in the right place.
Michael de Vibe told us that we know we're thinking. Who knows this? Eckhart Tolle says this is the consciousness that exists everywhere in nature, animals and other people. We have the ability to monitor our minds. We can easily use to our advantage when it comes to live in currently. One may say to themselves: What will be my next thought? This has a tendency to quiet the mind for a moment. And often enough a moment, because you know what it means to be present here and now, and it will be easier to keep just the focus.
By being present you will get the "out" of the head and you become aware. Aware of other things around you, when you become aware of something other than your own thoughts, it is like being woken up, especially if one has given much attention to their thoughts. We are not meant to live a life lost in thoughts.
Another thing Michael de Vibe talked about was the value of rest in the things you do. This means that the dishes all the focus on what you do now. One thing at a time is the key to peace in a stressful day.
